Karn Evil 9: Design Project

This is a lighting design project created as part of Thea 270: Introduction to Lighting Design. Each student was assigned a song and tasked with creating a light show for that song using an EOS lighting console. I was assigned the song Karn Evil 9: 1st Impression, Pt. 2 by Emerson, Lake and Palmer. I choose to use this song to tell a modified version of the ancient Māori myth of Thane and Whiro, the children of the Earth and the Sky and the original spirits of light and darkness. My research and final product are below, and all music is credited to Emerson, Lake, and Palmer.
