Vinny Pilone

Hello! My name is Vinny Pilone and I am a Software Developer and Lighting Designer. I am currently a fourth-year student at Penn State University where I am majoring in Computer Science as well as Theatre Design and Technology (with an emphasis in lighting design). I am hoping to pursue a career in the entertainment industry creating immersive and interactive experiences through a combination of design and technology. 

 

I have a variety of experiences, ranging from working as a software developer at Element 84,  to working as a playmaker at the Lego Discovery Center Washtington D.C., to working as an electrician and designer on a variety of theatrical shows. Beyond my work experience I have participated in USITT, Penn State THON, the ICPC regional programming competition, and am a BSA Eagle Scout.
